Help with choosing a companion?

Hi! So I recently started a new playthrough of FNV after years of not playing it. I'm having a great time exploring it all again, especially since this is the first I've properly modded it, but I'm pretty stuck on who to choose to adventure with me.

I love hearing the companions interacting with the world and getting to know them, so it feels like they're actual "companions" you're happy to have with you which is a huge reason I've downloaded Willow since the author has over 1200 lines (I tried to compare it with the other companions but couldn't find any info)

Currently I have Cass and she's great, I never knew the 'Long Dick Johnson' quote was from her an burst out laughing when I heard it, but I don't want to get say, halfway through the game just for her to run out of things to say?

It would be awesome to know which companions to bring on specific quests too, for instance I know Arcade has unique dialogue for HELIOS, Boone for Bitter Springs (obviously) and so on, or just your personal favourite! :)
