The ink pages shipping costs

HI 👋 Has anyone who is not from the US ordered the Ever King book from the Ink Pages yet please? I am from the EU and all that is showing in the total cost is "ground shipping" which remains the same amount even if I change countries which is a bit weird. It is also asking for the payment card details in the same section as the address, so I'm scared to fill in the card details in case the total cost then changes due to "additional" shipping costs to the destination country. Any advise?
