Cannot contact Facebook at all, deceased loved ones account hacked, teasing my family

My deceased great grandma + grandpas facebook account was hacked, and the hacker is teasing my family. I went to the help centre to see what I could do about this, and the link goes nowhere. When I go online and find the link to directly contact a representative for help, it tells me the link no longer exists. No matter what I do I cannot find a way to contact Facebook to help with this. I have reported the account as hacked and so have my family members. What else can I do? It’s very upsetting. We would like to memorialize the account but I cannot figure out how we can do that.
