I was restricted now I can’t access community chats has anyone gone through this?

So about two months ago I got restricted on Facebook for a sexual image which was a meme I posted in a private group.

That restriction finished within 3 days ever since then I have lost all access to community chats it shows up with nothing in it.

Has it ever gone back to normal for anyone?
