21 Honda Pilot for 20 F-150?

I currently have a 21 pilot fully loaded. Wife has a minivan with stow away seats. Pilot has 50k miles and f-150 has 55k miles. No leather seats but still heated. It’s a super crew xlt and after trade in I’d be owing a difference of $4,000 dollars. I currently owe 10k on the pilot so it would bring it up to 14k essentially. I think a pick up would be awesome but I know that Honda has that reliability. What should I do? Also I like to do a few home projects here and there. But nothing where I’m needing to haul or need a bed every time. But it is a nice thing to have. Thanks.
