What’re we thinking, just blue?

I feel like my eyes are kinda green. They look really green when I wear an olive green shirt. I have a green eyeliner seems to complement them but I have a blue eyeliner than definitely does not. Is this just an illusion? Maybe it’s also lighting because (understandably) yellow light makes them look green and blue-ish white light makes them look blue.
