I feel AMAZING

After being vegetarian and then vegan for most of my life, I tried to go back to meat a year ago and failed. I just couldn’t handle the texture. As dramatic as it seems, I honestly felt like I was dying recently. I just had zero energy, fuzzy head, felt weak and felt like I needed red meat so badly. It’s been a struggle, but I knew that if I wanted to eat meat, I just had to keep trying it and get used to it. On Friday I just said fuck it and went for a roast carvery and had beef, on Saturday I had a rotisserie chicken and today I had ham. Also nobody actually cared that I gave up veganism which was something I was worried about.

Maybe it’s just all in my head but I feel so much better after just 3 days. I feel like a fool for thinking all the fake meat you get is healthy. Onwards and upwards
