Muslims defending rape

the fact that a wife and a female slaves consent doesnt matter in islam has really been getting to me recently, especially when i have to read the shitty seerah about the 'beautiful and perfect' 'prophet' (pedophile) and i got annoyed so i brought this topic up to my mum. she goes on and on about mens sex drives and i said why is islam centred around mens dicks?? (didnt say it like that obviously, shed kill me)- 4 wives, unlimited sex slaves, pedophilia, 72 virgins, women having to cover, etc. anyway then i said none of this defends rape at all. she laughs and says it 'wasnt the kicking and screaming kind of rape where theyre screaming aaa get off me'. i hate this cult so much how can a literal woman with 4 daughters defend this rapist shit like obviously theyre not going to scream, theyll probably be killed or beaten. and what difference does it make, its RAPE.
