Disappointed with this group

Really quick post here.

I'm a semi practicing muslim, so I can understand the pain of people who are on this group.
However, with your recent post about the Quran burning, and the women who are in jail for losing their shit, i think you should either disband this group or monitor your posts much more carefully.

I thought this is a place for people to voice their stories about the wrong doings they went through because of islamic mullahs.
If you wanted to leave the religion, that is your choice.
I don't think that has anything to do with promoting hatred against Islam though.

Do you think that our religion is the only one that shat on people for the purpose of mass control?
that our historical figures are the only ones who did weird shit that even I cannot agree with?

Don't make this a hate mongering group.
Keep it real so we can live up to the term of progressive islam.

Don't keep repeating phrases like Mohammad the pedophile, toilet book, etc etc
We didn't live in that time to judge, it's not like the society itself was perfect.
What is more important is making sure we are perfect now. As long as we can prevent underage marriage, the promotion of slavery, mass killings in the name of God, and so on, I think we are far better than we think. For anyone still clinging onto the wrong part of our moral compass, disregard them. That's what this group should be about.

But no. Lets hate on caveman practices by behaving like cavemen.
There are people here who disgust me.

1. Try and gauge what I was trying to convey. And see what everyone is saying in their replies. It’s quite shocking that the opposition of mullah ideology is behaving EXACTLY like them with the mental gymnastics lmao.
