Boox Palma alternative?

I'm looking for a pocket friendly e-imk reader that's good with PDFs and hopefully Kindle. I got a Boox Palma and fell on love with it. I was reading more and just loved the convenience of it. But then it stopped taking a charge. It turns out that you have to use a lower powered charger for it instead of a fast charger. At least that's what Boox support told me. I have sent it in for repairs twice already and the last time the display wouldnt refresh properly and then it wouldn't charge. After spending all of that money, I really don't want to spend that much again... Is there any >6 inch e-ink readers out there for less then $300? Thanks in advance.
