Has anyone experienced bad symptoms from long term energy drink use?
I’ve been drinking energy drinks for ~8ish years now.
I started with monsters full of sugar doing the 20oz ones to now, 1-2 12oz sugar free redbulls a day and I feel the same. Bring a truck driver, I did feel like shit when I was drinking 2-3 monsters a day. But I’ve since switched to sugar free redbulls and less caffeine and I feel much better. Idk maybe I’m just venting, but I’m curious if long term energy drinks had made anyone feel different.
