Screen not showing anything and printer not heating on startup

Hi, so I just got my Ender 3 V3 SE, I tried starting it two days ago, everything was fine, but today after letting it sit turned off while I was at work I plugged it in, turned the power on, the fan turns on but nothing heats, the screen turns on but it just displays the blue screensaver and no menus, I've been waiting for 10 minutes, is that normal ?
