Stream Deck Horizontal Lines

I ordered a StreamDeck 2 weeks ago, it arrived and it had 4 horizontal lines on the bottom 4 buttons. Returned it to Amazon, and got another as replacement. This one came in and it has another line oin the bottom four buttons.

Is this a common issue? Seems like QA is taking a beating lately, which isn't fun for a $150 product.
