ElGato Blue screen when I connect it with the obs
I've been having problems trying everything to fix it, every time I start using the obs studio to be able to make a recording the pc shows a blue screen. I have tried to remove updates, uninstall accessories, disconnect the cables but the error persists every time I open the OBS, it is quite frustrating, what could be causing that error? It only happens precisely when the OBS program started, everything is configured well but somehow it still fails, I have an Alienware M18 R2, RTX 4080, I9-14900HX, windows 11 pro.
It also happens to me with ElGato 4K capture program.
