Regular Streamer Of Years Falsely Banned And Support Wont Engage In Communication

I truly am both sorry and frustrated with the situation that I am reaching out with today.

I was a regular streamer of ESO, but over a month ago I have been falsely reported, and as a result had my account "permanently deactivated".

The reports have been made by individuals who have acted in bad faith, hostility, and outright toxicity and harassment numerous times in the past, towards myself, communities, and others.

I have done nothing but PVP in the intended zones, yet they claimed streamsniping and harassment.

Efforts to explain the situation with actual evidence and context to the support team, have been entirely fruitless, with no engagement in what i am providing them with.
The responses seem automated, and not interacting with any of my requests or core issues.

Since my ban I have had the very individual responsible for the report, aswell as their viewers join my stream discord, to mock and insult me and my community, bragging about abusing the report system, and linking more than questionable content.

I reach out today once more to bring awareness to really investigate the situation, and work together with me and the evidence I have provided you with, to really see and understand the nature of this incident.

I am very sorry to take the public route now, which I have avoided for over a month, trying to resolve the matter in peace and quiet.

I've streamed your game for years, with an average reaching up to 100 viewers regularly, and providing help and entry to players for your game.
Never have I engaged in any of the harassment claims there, in fact I have actively discouraged to act in any ways breaching TOS.

This is by far not the first time of streamers in general receiving a lot of negative attention from individual players, aswell as false reports, bait and harassment. The issue as a whole is not by any means only one that I myself have been a victim of.

I want to be entirely transparent in this thread, so i will provide you with my personal shortcomings to paint you the most possible context.
I have had 3 strikes on my account previous to the "permanent" decision, all of them only and exclusively tbagging. No cheating, exploiting, or harassment of any kind.
All of these have also been weaponized reports of bait, made by individuals who will gladly engage in the same acts, but report you as soon as they are on the receiving end. The morality of the matter can be discussed from different angles, I suppose.

I fully expect this thread, if not outright taken down, to attract individuals from both sides of an extreme, but I politely ask everyone to keep it civil and factual.

For your context, the communities around the individual responsible for the report have been known to go after me for looks, origins, calling me and other friends nazis (i shave my head, and am from germany), discussing to send "dark web hitmen" to me irl to kill me (i am not making that up) and other more than questionable behaviour.
I have always made an effort to not interact with these individuals in any way, shape or form, except strictly PVP in the game.

Apologies for the kindergarten and the wall of text, I wish, and tried, to handle the situation without the public approach.
