Nummular eczema diagnosis but it doesn’t look like images on Google/Reddit?

Went to Virginia a couple of months ago and got bug bites which I scratched. A week later a dry perfect circle on my breast appeared, skin colored, and an itchy area that became a darker-than-my-skin oval on my upper stomach. I also had diarrhea for 2-3 weeks (not constant just every 2-3 days) but this could be related to the fact that Virginia was a trip and I’d been constipated there and eating differently (a moderate amount of processed stuff, where I usually eat organic). Several red spots, a little smaller than dimes, kept appearing on me over the next month, but not my husband although he got bit too.

Went to derm asking if it was pityriasis rosea and she said nope, nummular eczema, after looking through that magnifying light thing. After another month there are so many more red spots on my torso—front, sides, back, and spreading to my thighs and upper arms. Some are more oval shaped and larger than a dime but most are about mini m&m-to-dime range.

Does this even sound like nummular eczema? I had dishydrosis on my palms in high school cream got rid of. It’s 15 years later and now I suddenly have nummular eczema? The spots aren’t weeping and mostly only itch if I scratch them. Some are dry ovals and circles and others are just red circles. Lots of the spots are “hidden” until I take a hot shower and fade after time out of the shower, and there are even what look like concentric arcs of these dots around my belly button on one side, like three sets of one half of parentheses made of spots ( ( ( * (* is belly button)

Bloodwork appt next week.
