The hardest part in ecommerce for me is the easiest part for others and vice versa
I find finding markets, sourcing products, and marketing them the easiest.
I just find building my store to be the hardest thing to do. I just get so indecisivie about design choices for the website. how to structure the site, how to shoot the products and display them, how to write about my own products etc. I just get into so much analysis paralysis.
I suspect for others - building out their site is the easiest part. Then they have all their troubles whenthey've built the site but they have no customers.
I actually have sales from having amatuerish websites. It takes me a month of slowly chipping away to build a woocommerce store (the only platform I use). Setting up a woocommerce store is one of the ballache-iest processes, creating each page manually - the "wordpress editors" are now so counter intuitive - made for devs. Before you had a html wysiwig editor that you could just build out your pages like in dreamwaever. Now you have to bloody use blocks and God help you if you made a mistake with placement and want to moved the "blocks" around.
