Anyone expereince sinus tachycardia that is sustained for a while after climbing stairs, esp if you have a panic attack due to it?

Hi wondering if anyone here has had their hr shoot up after climbing stairs, after they have 1)_ Eaten 2) Have bad anxiety so the sympathetic Nervous system overrides the parasympathetic and only went down after an hour, because you got into your body out of your head, breathed or drank Ginger Ale...otherwise having a strong heart which adjusts down 24+ bpm after 1 min of rest, after 1 min of an intense workout.

This is my case. Usually stairs are np even if I climb fast but a few times when I did, when I was anxious, it triggered a high HR which sustained and then created panic which created a loop of making the hr higher, or sustained, then only after I breathed deeply, changed my thoughts, focused on what's in front of me, drank Ginger ale, it went down.

Also my fitness is pretty good as stated as my heart rate will go down by 24+ bpm after 1 min of rest, after 1 min of a HIIT set which is a sign of good heart health.

My dad passed away 1 month ago so I think my body is anxious with grief and it's affecting my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. I'm doing things to modulate it and heal and it's working but here and there, I'll manifest my anxiety with stuff like this.
