Dumb phone for java games

So basically I want a dumbphone in which I can play java games, but most don't have java support so what phones are available on which i can play games like bounce tales. They shouldn't be too expensive like the duoqin or anything.

Having a dumbphone, your bound to get bored so what are some dumbphones with ability of adding more games.
