new keitai user- need help with apks!

Hi all! I recently got my hands on a Sharp Aquos SH-02L and I've been having trouble downloading and running apks! I've found tutorials on this sub from the past, but they require a program that can only be used on a windows computer, and i'm on a macbook.

I've gotten the apk file i want on my flip phone already, but i don't know how to open it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
