What to do when next video isn’t comprehensible?

Hi! As I’m progressing fairly quickly, I got to a point where some of the videos I’m unable to pick out a single word in some of the sentences they are saying. I get the general context but rather through context clues and not the language.

Do I: 1.) Go back and review lower level content or 2.) Push through and just absorb whatever language I can?
