Is 16.4 bad for a full weight crew cab?

I’ve got a 2005 crew cab 5.3 with cam, heads and exhaust and it made 330 on a dyno. It’s full weight + some and on 33” mud tires. By no means is it a race truck but I put it on the strip for the first time and ran 16.4 and I feel a little disappointed, I was expecting high 14s. It’s also a factor stall, would a higher stall bring my et down significantly?
