My Doordash driver stole my food

I ordered from a bagel place 15 minutes away from me and gave a tip of $6. the first two drivers drove to the place then left and abandoned my order, then i was assigned another person who drove around for 45 minutes until i contacted customer service which then contacted them. i messaged them before contacting customer service saying “hi you’ve been driving around for 45 minutes are you still picking up my order?” no response. i message them again “hi either pick up my order or cancel so i can be assigned someone new”. i also typed it in spanish in case they didn’t know english. they said “ok” and waited 15 more minutes in the parking lot when I LITERALLY JUST WANTED A BAGEL THEY DONT TAKE AN HOUR TO MAKE.

anyways, i call customer service again and say i need a new driver because i don’t trust this one with my food. they assign me someone new and i message them “let me know if there’s any issues with the order”. they tell me that someone already picked it up! so one of the four drivers i got assigned stole my food because i never received anything. i got a refund but i told customer service they better figure out who it is because they literally just stole my food. has this happened to anyone else??? this has never happened to me.
