30f breast pain

feb 2023: 11 months postpartum, baby passed away 5 days after birth due to heart condition. (Chose to carry to term) Didn’t breastfeed but did produce a lot of milk.

Feb 2024. I’m getting a bit of random pain in breasts. Mostly the left breat. Sometimes radiating to my armpits. During ovulation and period it’s worse.. have had two doctor visits and physical breast exams and both of them said they couldn’t feel any lumps. My doc is not concerned but sent me for a diagnostic mammogram for peace of mind. That is tomorrow. After my daughter passed away I have the worst health anxiety I’ve ever had. Two coworkers have BC, one announced two days ago so I am spiraling. Just need advice and support. Ultrasound is clear.

August 15 2024 Still have those sensations at times. Ultrasound didnt find anything in feb. today my dr examined me and couldnt feel anything... prolactin and thyroid all come back normal.. Dr said no mammo necessary.

February 2025- Still get the pain at times, mostly left breast. Diagnostic ultrasound scheduled 01/30/25 again.. I am so so so scared............ please help me.
