Localized breast pain

This last February I woke up with what felt like extreme breast tenderness in my right breast. It didn’t hurt on its own, but the pain is triggered when something brushes by it, such as a seatbelt or my dog or my toddler or brushing my finger briefly across the area. It isn’t an intense pain like the first day it started but it never really went away. It’s localized on the upper quadrant of my right breast near my nipple. There would be a few months where I didn’t really notice it. But I can’t pin point if it’s around my cycle or not. Since then I’ve had two breast ultrasounds that came back clear but that was maybe 7 months ago at this point. And in 2022 had a clear ultrasound also, but I’m really scared and I can’t think about anything else. At this point it’s causing problems in my relationship. I made some new appointments with different doctors. Also these past two months my periods are irregular and I have some facial hair growing now but not sure if that’s from cortisone shots I’ve been taking the past three months from psoriasis. Anyways, anyone ever experienced anything similar?
