Can you have multiple drones on one account?

I'm sorry if language mistakes occur English isn't my main language.

I returned my drone to the shop because it wasn't working good
so i traded it in for a new one but i forgot to unlink my account on that drone.
so my question is is it possible to link my new drone to my account?

And also the old drone has dji refresh care card but ig that's bound to my other drone that i returned.
I got a new Dji refresh care from the store but if i can login to that account can i also use that card?

Really sorry if this is confusing because the lack of good English but this is my best trying to ask for help.
