Help needed with removing a pot

I'm making a Bazz Fuss on tag board using this schematic from Fuzzdog and would like to remove the 100KA volume pot so the volume is always at max.

How would I go about this please?

I'm assuming I'd need to replace it with a resistor, but what value should I use and where should I connect the out cable now there is no pot?
