Why in disney movies when there is a song the characters are in synced and know all the choreography?

So I was re-watching Encanto we don't talk about bruno part(Camelio best disney vers) right when the song came up they all started to dance like if they practiced for weeks. I know this is a cartoon but it was just funny to me.
