"Prove your worth" - Will Schusterick on players earning a wage from Prodigy

I personally was appalled by the lack of growth mindset. Seems to have really bought into the original ideas of the owners, and is not showing any new ideas or a new perspective on their future. Later states that they are doubling down on their confusing naming system.
