Any help possible, I’m literally always hungry?
Hi, I’m really hoping I can get some help on this :)
I’m not being over the top in the title, basically the only time I’m not hungry is if I eat a very very big meal, and even then I’m hungry again less than 30 mins later.
BMI-wise, im overweight but not obese, and don’t particularly struggle to lose weight (when in a calorie deficit), this is more affecting my life because I’m hungry so often it’s affecting concentration and budget (and also it would be nice if i wasn’t overweight but I’m fairly healthy in most other ways so it’s not my main concern)
I’ll list what I’ve tried, and I’ll list other important information:
I’ve tried: Drinking water instead, doing something else in case it’s boredom, listening to what my body needs (still do that but it’s not much help), eating food that takes up more space (salad instead of gummy bears as an example), eating at more frequent/less frequent intervals Edit on listening to body, I mean specifically figuring out if there’s anything indicating I need more of something in my diet, ie omega 3, protein, carbs, fibre etc
Other information: there are some things I’m experiencing that indicate hormone imbalance (but from what I can find they influence weight not appetite), I have a moderately active lifestyle, I’m early 20s. I also avoid calorie counting because of some baggage (long slightly complicated story) but I do check occasionally and I’m overeating. Also my body temp is crazy high, which has been a thing since I was a young kid
