T1 Men! What multivitamins do you take?

As i get older (mid 20s) i think i finally come to realization that it takes more than doing the bare minimum to take care of my body. I eat healthy, workout 3-4 times a week. Take creative. Drink plenty of water. But i noticed i am getting sick a lot. People have mentioned multivitamins may help. Thoughts? Recommendations?
