Suggest best budget laptop for AI, ML learner.

Hello guys, please help me to get out of this confusion of buying which laptop. I am 4th semester IT student, and my field of interest is AI, ML. my old laptop is not performing well enough and various issues to use, so I am searching best decent budget laptop for my daily use and coding not for gaming purpose. due to poor family background, I can't afford those expensive laptops. So, suggest me a laptop of around (70 to 90 thousand)
