Do you understand the language spoken by top management?

I have noticed that when the top management speaks, the sentences are grammatically correct but conceptually not understandable to anyone. Is that normal? E.g. The company's growth trajectory is driven by the customer segments amalgamation with the verticals in resonance with the corporate ethos.
