Notice period extension rule against leaves taken?

Hi,

Let's say I took 5 Sick leaves and 5 earned leaves during my NP and leaves are approved on HRMS without LOP.

So if company were to extend my NP will they do it by 10 calendar days or 10 working days or something else?

Edit: I want to know what's your company policy because my company will try to do the most unethical thing they can. I will have to resist.
