Created a website for devs to better understand tech salaries in India

Hey everyone, I'm one of the creators of IndiaTechSalaries. It started off as a weekend project to shed some light on what tech salaries are like in India, but eventually ended up being a full blown project lasting roughly 3 weeks trying to get it right.

The first idea was to have a chart where people can input their role / experience to get an idea of what salaries look like at different percentile levels. However we couldn't stop ourselves from adding some interesting insights and observations we ourselves noticed (you'll notice charts showing salaries at various job switches, gender disparity, top 25 unicorns etc.)

💡 Fun Part

One of my personal favourite parts of the website is the playground. it allows us to easily embed charts directly from metabase that didn't make the main page. For eg. an interesting chart already on playground is the avg. hike chart which shows the average quarter on quarter hike since Q4 2021.
