Is the triumph “Semaphore Signals” bugged?

I’ve completed the seasonal questline on my warlock and titan, and the semaphore signals triumph has been sitting at 6/8 since about 3-4 weeks ago. I’ve tried looking up how to get the rest of the radio messages, but all the internet tells me is to “wait until next week for the next radio message”.

Is anyone else stuck like I am?
