Upper Support Drilling points Dimensions

Sorry for the questions…im not sure if this is feasible but i have a custom walnut live edge and im trying to see if I can drill one set of holes to apply both a temporary square metal frame and then for the apex pro or vertex pro (not sure yet) when i move to my new place in a few months. Ive scoured the internet and had no luck so here i am again :). Its probly a long shot but if anyone has the dimension specs of the drill points on the upper support for either model (rated for 30” W top) that would be super helpful!
