A320 how to deal with claustrophobia?

I'm flying in the delta A320 tomorrow and I am so anxious and nervous because I get claustrophobic inside cramped places.

How do you guys deal with it? I feel so lost. I don't even know why I'm posting this. I just need encouragement.
