This might be a dumb question, but why is deepwokens permadeath aspect people’s excuse for not playing Deepwoken.

I don’t really understand why it is annoying to experience the thrill of losing your slot or not. I think it is a good idea to have perma death cus then I’m actually desperate, and feeling things that I wouldn’t experience anywhere else other than irl and Deepwoken. Please Give me your opinion cus I wanna encourage my friends who use this excuse to not play Deepwoken.
