hallowtide mask

Hey I'm still a bit of a freshie and I want to participate in the hallowtide event but I cant find the items to make the mask anywhere. I did a bunch of chests and everything but I cant find the ingredients. Anyone know how I'd get them? in the meantime I've just been doing the gourd thingy
