Tips for 2BC?

I've had Dead Cells for about a month now, and I beat 0BC and 1BC pretty easily, but I'm now struggling a lot on 2BC. I have every rune except the wall climb one, and I'm mainly having a harder time making good builds and defeating bulkier enemies without taking damage. Do you guys have any advice?
