has there been a recent change to servers?

lately i’ve been going against killers who are ALWAYS on bad ping.. i rarely get a killer who has below 100 ping nowadays and it’s just boring to play against. most of the people who queue on Europe aren’t even from europe atp please add more servers bhvr 😭
