Tomes being randomly reset with the most recent update?

For some reason, a bunch of my tomes just reset out of nowhere. Interestingly enough, the actual rewards for completing the tome say “owned” on the right hand side so I haven’t lost any items.

Not the end of the world because that means I can just redo the challenges for blood points but at the same time, I’m not sure if this is a one off bug or a bug affecting other people as well.
