So I guess Second Wind just doesn’t work

Was just playing a match where I was running babysitter, adrenaline, second wind and deliverance. I followed all of the rules—

Unhooked a survivor and healed them from injured to full health, solo dolo, without taking any damaged yet. Then when I get tunneled and hooked, I use deliverance. Waited for the broken timer to go away and nothing. This happens everytime I run this perk and its hella annoying

Any solutions?
