Are there any killers where the best add-on combo is double iri?

I got called a sweatlord for running double iri trapper. While he is one of the rare killers that has two good iris, any combo without trapper sack is not his best. Got me thinking about this question. The only killer that comes to mind for me is Legion who has two really strong iris. Maybe Wraith if you send yourself to an indoor map, but even then I still think leaving out swift hunt will hurt.
