When he doesn’t initiate cuddling

I’ve 23F been dating a 22M a couple months now. We aren’t official. We have had sex several times. The last 2 times we hung out and watched a movie we didn’t have sex which i’m fine with because i don’t our relationship to just be about sex. But i at least want to cuddle because i crave physical intimacy, when we layed down he wouldn’t put his arm around me, hold my hand or cuddle. I have to initiate it and it makes me sad or feel like he doesn’t want me. He has mentioned before he’s not a big cuddle guy but it frustrates me. He has cuddles me in the past but i don’t want to be touched or cuddled only in the aspect leading to sex. Should i talk to him about it? I really like him so don’t want this to ruin things
