Okay, what is the deal with Dex Faith builds recently

Seriously guys and gals, whats up with that? The worst mix of stats that never was actually used before suddenly I see everywhere people trying or asking how to do Dex Faith build.

Is it because of Elden Ring that actually made that combination good? Was faith dex somehow got a boost?

I truly can't think of a way to make Dex/Faith good. Sure, you can beat this game with a broken sword and no running, seen people do that even if I can't, but just about any other combination works a lot better.
