So do I need to SBR?

Hi folks,

Relatively new to the gun world so forgive my ignorance...

I bought a Scorpion Evo 3 S1 back in 2021 and basically let it sit with the exception of buying a brace and placing that on it.

Now, I have time to try to get into the sport for real and I am wondering if I need to SBR. Here is my current situation;

• I have a brace on the Scorpion
• I want to shoulder the brace in public (local range)

If I do not put a STOCK or a vertical grip on my Scorpion, am I legal to not submit Form 1 for SBR?
