Anyone solve the night sweats issue yet?

I'm over it. I've been on cymbalta for over a year. Night sweats weren't my issue until maybe around Feb this year.
Once I get into REM sleep I'm instantly drenched in cold sweats. I haven't slept for longer than 3 hours in a over a week now, and Imma lose it.
I've tried - showering right before bed - lotions before bed - 100% cotton everything - 100% tencel everything - different pj styles - no pjs - quilt - thin duvet - light weight comforter - window open/closed - herbal tea before bed - sheet only - I've probably bought 5 different pillows - light yoga before bed - taking my meds at different times - thc/CBD - I smoke weed all the time to help with the nausea
