Leveling Solo skill, Smart Shotgun give leas xo than traditional Shotgun?

Heya guys, im leveling netrunning and solo skills by using smart shotguns. But since Solo skill is behind in experience, im wondering if using traditional shotgun that dont share experience with netrunning, will result in more Solo experience. Can anyone answer me about this? And also I wonder if the Strong attack with blades gives Solo experience or only Shinobi, can anyone answer this too?Thank you all in advance!
